The Very Special Snowman

Grandma has a book in her house called the 'The Stranger in the Woods' that tells the story of some young children who build a snowman in the woods to help to feed the animals. The animals think the snowman is a 'stranger' until they see he is a friend and is bringing them food
So we decided to build our own 'snowman stranger' with a hat full of bird seed and lots of carrots for the deer

The snowman is all set and ready to go!

The next morning we found a someone had made friends with our snowman

and he invited his friend

and soon our snowman was no longer a stranger and had lots of friends

Of course, we all enjoyed watching the party :)

Once all of the carrots and birdseed were gone, the raccoon, the bunny and the moose wanted to visit the stranger snowman too!

And then we had lots of fun 'dismantling' him!
