We are very lucky to have such wonderful friends.
And now that we have our new backyard, this summer is all about hosting (especially as all of our friends had to host us for countless months while our home was in ruins!)
On top of that list is the Maeba clan - who took us refugees in countless times!!
I was very excited to see my godmother Aunt Jen, Uncle Frank and my little ladies - Sophia and Charlotte!
As you can tell, we hardly had any fun at all during their visit :)
Aunt Jen even brought me a special present - a collection of comics! I have been on a huge spiderman kick ever since!!!

Last weekend my parents also hosted their first 'night-time adult only' pool party
This social experiment was a success with the exception of perhaps a few too many drinks that led to a swimming race between mom and johnny ginou... mom did win (so, let's make that all clear), but neither of them really had any business swimming let alone racing!!
Before Quinn and I were banished to bed that evening,we did pose for some cute pics!
